This 201m2 modern home was built for clients within a set budget, on a 616m2 section. We started with one of our plans and modified it to better suit this active family and their needs. We entered this stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Master Builders House of The Year in 2021 and were pleased to come away with a Silver award in the Show Home category for the Bay Of Plenty region. We love the open design in this home and the natural flow to the outdoors. Velux Skylights were placed in perfectly precise locations above the master bed, above the entry and over the dining table to create "Wow Factor" spaces .
Covid Lockdowns proved challenging during the build process but the clients were thrilled with their completed sanctuary.
