This 2019 completed Kotare Drive home was the first of many homes built by us in the Shaw Road Subdivision. The 191m2 home is situated on a 620m2 north facing section. We designed this modern, monopitch home to capture the sun in all the right places, with open plan living, dining and kitchen, leading to a large outdoor entertainment area. The cladding used on this contemporary home was a combination of James Hardie Linea Weatherboard and Linea Oblique Weatherboard.
