This spec home built at Korimako Way in the Shaw Road Subdivision proved popular to First Home Buyers at just the right time in the Housing Market. We designed this 170m2, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with separate toilet, to maximise design space on this compact 430m2 section. Fully fenced, low maintenance brick and weatherboard home with a large decked, outdoor living space and ample off-road parking. We sold this home as a complete "Turn-key Package", with everything completed (including landscaping, gardens and blinds) which banks seem to love, almost as much as prospective buyers. We would love to be able to provide more Turn-key packages in the future, should the building market allow.
